Refunds
Please choose carefully, as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind or wrong size purchased. Please see our size chart under each product to ensure you have the correct size.
Exchange
We offer an exchange for the below reasons only:
- Wrong item(s) was received by the buyer from MBM.
- Item(s) that was received does not match the description provided.
- Item(s) is faulty or damaged when received.
You MUST make an exchange request within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Please send an email to us for an exchange request at info@mbmelchizedek.com.au with your full name and order number in the subject line and with pictures of the faulty item(s) showing the fault clearly and await our response. We will then instruct you to send your item(s) to the address that will be provided to you at the time. We will bare the cost of shipping for the exchange reasons above.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
