Where are you based?
We are an Australian owned and operated company.
Where do you ship from?
As we are an Australian owned and operated company, all of our shipping is from our local warehouse in Sydney.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Unfortunately, we do not offer local pick up at this time. Should this change in the future we will advise all of our customers.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is typically from 5 to 10 business days but some delays may occur depending on your location, public holidays and other factors such as weather and nature, etc.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a $10.95 flat fee for orders under $150 and for orders of $150 and over shipping is free. This applies for all purchases Australia wide except for purchases to PO boxes.
